For the couple that needs help with building a management plan for the day. This package is a stand alone service that features customizable hours. This package cannot be added on to any other package.
This package includes:

- No on-site coordination on "Day Of"

Micro Wedding and Elopement
Starting $2,500
For the couple that needs help with building a management plan for a wedding of up to 50 people. This package is a stand alone service that features customizable hours. This package cannot be added on to any other package.
This package includes:

- Budget and Task List Tracking
- Creation of itinerary | "Day Of "Timeline
- On-Site Coordination on "Day Of"

"Day Of" Coordination
Starting $4,000
For the couple that needs help with building a management plan for the day, with SAW on-site to coordinate and execute on "Day Of." This package is limited and is applicable at six to eight weeks before your wedding.
This package includes:
- Finalizations of services and procedures with all vendors
- Creation of itinerary | "Day Of" timeline
- Coordination of ceremony and reception
- Oversee arrival and setup of vendors
- Direct final checks before guest arrival
- Oversee takedown and cleanup

Emergency Coordination
Starting $5,000
For the couple that has a true wedding coordination emergency or a last-minute need for a coordinator. This package is applicable at four weeks to three days before your wedding.
This package includes:
- Day Of Management and Execution
- Vendor outreach and prior coordination depends on timing of hire
- Pricing is reflective of the amount of planning and execution required. Package is subject to additional fees and is dependent upon extent of event.

Great for the couple that has time to plan, with venue and at least one vendor booked. Monthly payments offered, as needed.
